Paul Ilic is a CNAREA Designated Appraiser (DAR) and the principal of Galt Appraisals in Cambridge, Ontario. An active residential appraiser since 2022, Paul completes lending, private, and legal assignments across Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario for banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and homeowners.
He also co-founded Global Platinum Realty and is its Broker of Record, so he sees how transactions and financing actually come together — which shows up in the reports.
Paul grew up in St. Thomas in a family building company founded in 1970, and that construction background is what he brings to an inspection: what the condition really is, what the work would cost, and what it is worth. He knows these markets first-hand, from century homes in Galt to rural properties and new construction in the surrounding townships.
