Please note: All fees are in Canadian dollars, plus disbursements and HST. Fees may be higher for large acreage, waterfront, rural, complex, or unique properties, and for locations toward the edge of our 70 km service radius. Urgent/rush service: an additional $100 up to double the regular fee, depending on turnaround. A discount of approximately 2.5% applies when paying by e-transfer or cash. All fees are confirmed in writing before the inspection is scheduled.
